  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts

  • 2 Cups Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken breast slices to the mixture making sure they are well marinated.
  • Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • While chicken is getting marinated, preheat your grill or grill pan.
